What can I expect with my delivery?

  • Packages will be delivered during the day in your selected delivery week. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your set-up will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted.

  • During checkout, customers can choose their preferred delivery date. Customers will be notified by phone or email if your delivery date needs to be modified.

  • Please let us know if you have a must receive by date. We want to be able to get you what you need, when you need it!

How do I select my Delivery Zone?

  • When you add a package to your cart, customers will be prompted to select their zip code.

  • Don’t see your zip code listed? Email us at seasonsdeliveredtn@gmail.com to inquire! 

How should I care for my product?

  • We deliver farm fresh greenery that will be unique and each product will be different f

  • We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins.

Do you offer custom packages?

  • Yes! We’re excited to collaborate with you to create a custom package tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer classic elegance or modern flair, we work closely with you to design a one-of-a-kind seasonal display that perfectly complements your space.

What to expect for End of Season Pick-Up?

  • Customers that have selected end-of-season pick-up will have their products removed during their preferred pick-up date.

  • You do not need to be home at the time of your pick-up.

What is your Refund Policy?

  • All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase.

  • If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, email seasonsdeliveredtn@gmail.com
